Shipping policy

We ship free to every address in South Africa. International orders are not available yet.

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after payment (weekdays only). Standard courier then takes about 3–7 business days. Outlying areas can take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Local pickup at 149 Clairwood Street, Unit 111 Paddocks Estate, Dainfern Square, 2191 is free, by appointment.

You’ll get a tracking number by email or SMS once the courier has the parcel.

If something is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email mineralmanzi@icloud.com or call 084 411 0800. For damage, send photos of the box and bottles within 48 hours of delivery.
